On October 8th, the first working day after the National Day holiday, Mr. Zhang qingli , secretary of provincial Party committee visited HOPEFULL accompanied with Mr. Jing Chunhua, member of the standing committee and the secretary-general of the provincial party committee, Mr. Zhao Shihong, Lang Fang municipal party committee secretary, Mr. Wang Aimin, mayor of LangFang city and Mr. Zhang Jinbo municipal party committee secretary. Mr. Zhang has visited the refining workshop, modern food logistics and the filling workshop on his investigation tour and also greeted the company employees.
All employees were greatly motivated and inspired. In the afternoon, Mr. Shi Kerong, chairman of HOPEFULL the company organized the meet with the leading team, science and technology personnel and the employee representatives of more than 200 people to discuss the implementation of the instructions given by Mr. Zhang Qingli, provincial party committee secretary. The representatives were very exciting sharing the feeling and happiness of the meeting with secretary Zhang. Finally Mr. Shi Kerong, chairman of HOPEFULL pointed out four implementation measures that should be put forward.
1, HOPEFULL should fully implement the instructions given by Secretary Zhang who used to mention to Mr. Shi Kerong that the visit of Mr. Hu Jintao, general secretary of CPC gave great encouragement to the staff, thus HOPEFULL should see it as a turning point and build the company stronger. HOPEFULL is determined to implement this instruction from Secretary zhang, and will further improve the "twelfth five-year" plan and the next 10 years of development planning, implement the strategy of "Five With " under the instructions of Mr. Hu jintao general secretary of CPC and build "aircraft carrier" in grain and oil industry in China. Firstly we should promote horizontal and longitudinal development of the company under the whole industrial chain. Secondly, we should carry on the assets reorganization and plate interaction forming under the capital operation. Thirdly we should extend the product chain, access to the core key areas in-depth under the product research and development. Fourthly we should accelerate the brand cultivation, shape the company's new image under the brand innovation. Fifthly, we should fix the scientific layout, increase the market share under regional strategic planning.
2, We must insist on scientific and technological innovation and build the company bigger and stronger. During the investigation, Secretary Zhang pointed out several times that the company should try to achieve high-end development. Thus HOPEFULL provided a platform for the development of high-end industry, liberated a building of 5000 square meters to be the research and development center, set up 10 million Yuan for the research and development fund, formed a team for research and development with more than 100 people, established a doctor workstation, set up the practice base for China agricultural university MBA students combining study, to help pushing forward the research and development of high-tech products.
3, We must see the product quality as the lifeline of the enterprise. Pointed out by Secretary zhang, food enterprise must see the quality as the lifeline, strive to improve the quality of our products and give people safer, higher quality edible oil with lower price. According to the instructions given by secretary Zhang, HOPEFULL determined see the product quality and food safety as the first priority, strengthen the control of raw materials, equipment, facilities, product quality, personnel training, management and technology research, further increase abundant resources, guarantee to provide qualified, healthy and safe edible oil products to the consumer.
4, We must stick to the democratization management encouraging the staff to give reasonable suggestions and setting up the prize for good recommendations. Once the suggestion is adopted, the staff will be given bonuses or prizes according to its value. For those are not adopted, the staff will be given bonuses as well for encouragement. This could help to arouse the enthusiasm of every worker’s concerning and caring for enterprise development.
